What do you charge for Fascias, soffits and guttering ?
« on: April 01, 2009, 10:23:39 am »
Just wondered what you guys quote fo fascias, soffits and the visable part of the guttering ?

Have given out four quotes for this, got two of them and the others said they will get back to me.

Do you charge per metre ?
Size of house (2bed, 3 bed semi, 3 bed detatched, 4bed & 5bed) ?
Guess ?
Depends how dirty they are ?

At the moment im guessing... just wondered if there was a better system.

Thanks

JP

I price on how long I think it will take, how high it is and how difficult it is to reach.
Just have in mind how much money you want to earn for the time and effort you put in to the job.

Straight forward front and back fascia, £40-£50 soffits (especially the ones with metal vented undersides) I charge alot more for because I hate doing them ;D
