Well no it is not expensive.

But it certainly may not be as competitive as some of the quotations some contractors wil provide.

You maybe up against competition as low as £9.50 ph.. Now compare this to a monthly expenditure. Then compare it to your price.

When you say they want the towels bin bags dome every day is this to provide them as well? If it is to provide work out an estimate and charge by the box.

Well if that was me, I dont see how you would earn any money.

Have you looked at the cost of paer towels, tiloet rolls, and soap?

Work out how many staff! On average you will get through at least 1 - 3 loo rolls a week possibly more depending on the No of staff.

However if you can earn even if it is a small amount and that is whhat you are happy with, then go for it.

Quote consumables as a seperate varying charge each month.  Tell them up front how much you will charge for a pack of 36 toilet rolls, a roll of bin liners, etc..  It would be hard to quote for consumables in a standard monthly price.  The price I would go in at is 28% cheaper than yours so if we were in competition for the same contract it would be hard for you to take that one, depends on your relationship with the one who has the power to sign the contract.  Never underestimate the value of a good relationship.  It can increase your profit margins considerable.  Long story short, if it was me I would be going in at around 390 per month plus VAT and consumables as a seperate charge.

Cheers
