Hi Guys,

Did a job recently and a mum had decidied to leave a full tub of sudacrem in the room with a little one and he managed to get the lid off and proceed to dig out the whole lot and rub it into the carpet :o Being quite new i wasn't sure what to use and just extracted but didn't seem to make any difference any advice if i come across this again???

Sudocrem has a water repellent base, you need to break down with solvents prior to rinsing, you could try an high Ph prespray may do the trick

Like Gerry I did a sofa this week.

Used Prochem Citrus gel (cream based solvent) worked well into the pile and then extracted.

Charged on a time basis as it'll take longer than a straight forward clean.

Hi Guys

White spirit will easily remove this type of stain, just put on a cloth and wipe over , then extarct.

These solvent gels contain a large slug of white spirit

Cheers
