It'll be interesting readin the replies to this one, as it's a chronic pain when this happens. If there's no way of doin this maybe it's something Paul and the gang can address. PERLEASE  ;)

When you get back just backdate the jobs list date...... I.e if you go on Holiday on the 1st and come back on the 14th then just print off the jobs that were due up to the 7th and do them, then the next week print off the ones due up to the 14th and then on week 3 the 2 weekly ones should all be in sinc again. Just keep doing it till they are all done.
Just remember that when you are going through the days work you click "done today" that way the ones that were due on the 1st but done on the 14th will then be listed as ready to do on the 28th

How about selecting each job in turn and pressing the "skip" button.
I can remember when waking up stiff in the morning was a good thing.

Don't go on holiday ;D Seriously though, can't you leave things as they are? When you come back to work the jobs due on 1st will be at top of the list. Do them and when checking them off today's date will be entered. Update George every night. That's what I do without any problem.

I have a fall back of 4 weeks across the year so if 6 weekly by end of each quarter round is behind by 1 week then at end of year review all rounds and get everything in line thereby allows my men to take holiday time as built into year just explain to customers occasionally 7 not 6 weeks. hope that makes sense.

But yes it would be useful if we could put in a date and get round to click forward

i guess that this is an update for paul , sad really as i am getting used to using george but with my work being fortnightly it is ok if i have a week off but not if i have 2 weeks off. its going to be a nightmare when i get back off holiday.

just a thought can you lads that use window cleaner pro freeze your work for 2 weeks. .........maybe i need to start another thread and think of a change of software.  :-\ :-\ :-\

I don't understand WHY do you need to freeze your work...?
If a job is due on the 1st and you do it on the 14th it will then be scheduled again for the 28th. I don't see any problem with it........ or am I missing something...!!?
