Ive looked at the you tube video a couple of times but not heard of anyone in the UK with one of these machines.
Must cost a few bob, but if you had the commercial contracts I reckon you could earn serious money.

Only in America.
The carpets looked very clean to start with.
Dwell time?
Flipping the pads when dirty?
I would like to see it tackle a trashed carpet at that speed.
If you only ever cleaned very clean carpets you might be tempted to buy one but then again MAYBE NOT.
Are we sure this is not an April 1st joke  ;D

Hi Fenman

If that was a April 1st joke it was a well engineered one .
Thats one well put together piece of equipment.
Yes, we all know LM cleans are not as good as HWE, but for regular maintenance cleans - and there is a lot of them being done, I think its a very good machine.
I have the Cimex C48 and know the speed that can be worked at AND get good results.
And dont forget there are jobs where a tm just can t be used and a portable would take forever and a day.

Hi Joe,
I have no problem with LM cleaning, we use it for a lot of our work and I would love to have lots of maintenance cleans.
Unfortunately cleaning a clean carpet is a bonus that only happens now and again :D

120ft² in 2 minutes..... I could wand a carpet that quickly.  Doesn't mean it's done properly.

I think if they didn't make such exaggerated claims it would look a bit more credible.  Two rotary pads instead of one, that's double productivity working at the same speed.  Typical yanks have to jazz it up to the max ::)

You could always get one with a seat on it like your giant lawnmower that you use on your land ;D

Jim, you a bit slow at 120sqft in 2 minutes - that was for the single rotary :D

The double headed machine was doing 680sqft in 2 minutes  :o

If you look at it, its not plugged in.

How is it powered? I think I can hear an engine in the background (or is it my tinatus again).

That or it must have a bloody great battery on it, which makes me wonder how long does a charge last with those motors etc etc. Thats a lot of 'load' if there are 2 motors, over here we have 1 motor on a roto and they can trip a box quite easily.

Yes it was battery operated, if you listen carefully to the conversation he does mention it.

Needs to be battery too, the speed he was going at he would run out of cable within no time.

Funny how most of the good carpet cleaning gear comes from the US, ie most TM's, Scorpion, Powerflite, Cimex etc
