i was thinking of £50 minimum charge just to clean crap out of gutter but more if the gutters look full of allsorts. i would charge a lot extra if they want the fascia and outer gutters jet washed and tfr applied.

or should it be something like £70 for 3 lenghts of gutter for just getting crap out (3 bed semi)?

I charge my customers £15 per side, rubber gloves on, scoop into a bucket, customer is happy and so am i  ;D
This price is for my window cleaning custies only because I always do stuff for them cos i really value them.
If i advertise in our area for gutter cleaning, Its £25 per side, wether it be semi, detached or other.

honestly though...just think how long they take, bucket, troul and a wash though after, no more than a few minutes. i dont charge that much, probably a tenner a side and i save them for rainy days.

I charge £35 per side that's for vacuuming out all of the rubbish and cleaning the soffits, fascias and outside of the guttering, not had any problems so far.

What I do is talk them around and explain how UPVC is is a product from the petro-chemical industry, and how exhaust emissions affect them discolouring them etc.  which then allows funghi and algea purchase allowing it to grow and prolliferate, if it's not cleaned annually then they will become damaged beyond cleaning and need to be replaced.

Like I say it works for me!
