OK I Just text Alex and I had this reply from him

Kirsty has just rung me to say there is a serious BT line fault at Gardiner Pole Systems and they are unable to receive emails or phone calls. Apparently BT are working on this and hope to have it fixed soon. Mrs A has put something on the website

So if anyones trying to contact them be patient. :'(

I managed to get through to gardiners and spoke to Kirsty and this was her reply.

The phone lines are now up and running but there is still no Internet access, so service will be limited.

Kirsty is pulling her hair out with no Internet connection.  BT don't seem to realize the importance of being an Internet based company even though they charge £100's a month for their service!!  Can I help Matt?  alex@agardiner.co.uk

Hi Everyone,

Working from home where I have Internet access!

My apologies for todays problems with the phones - BT are due to begin installation tomorrow of a better system with multiple lines so that less people get engaged tones and answer phones.

However in their wisdom they decided to switch across our broadband and phone lines on Friday evening instead, without telling us - they managed to reverse the phone lines at noon today - but the broadband is firmly down until mid/late tomorrow.  We've been told that we will have phones throughout most of tomorrow's installation, but I'm not feeling hugely optimistic about that right now.

I think I'll just apologize in advance for any problems experienced tomorrow!

Kirsty

The phone lines are now operational, but the broadband is still down. Because of this we are going to have to stop the website taking orders as they are stacking up on the server. All orders will need to be rung through to 01726 66400 during office hours. Many apologies.

Alex & Kirsty

Only did our order on Sunday tea time - expected some delay with what we read on here - really impressed that they were waiting for us at home today when we finished and sooooo looking forward to trying the new brush

Many Thanks

Vicky  :D
