I had someone get annoyed 'cos there were streaks, turned out they were rubbing off the water droplets with an old J cloth!

Went to a house once and unable to gain access to rear via gate , so cleaned the front and billed the lady full price...she later claimed the gate was unlocked...

This was when i was still trad one old lady said i made too much noise with the squeegee it made a rat-a-tat noise as it went over the putty  ::) these are old sash and casement windows that need work done on them

She later accused me of causing condensation not when i had cleaned the windows but the next day she was dropped soon after this

Funny thing is i have just started doing her upstair neighbour again with wfp and the water poured all over her windows unfortunately she wasnt in and didnt come out to complain ah well theres always next month  ;D

Had a fortnightly gypsy woman complain that I wasn't coming weekly and threaten to get someone else if I didn't come once per week!!!! I did so kept the job but then she went away with the shows for 2 months and when she came back she owed for me 9 cleans @ £15 so £135.  She refused to pay me and sacked me for doing what she asked me to do in the first place!!

I lost one once, she said "my husbands got this big thing, and he's going to do them himself".

I burst out laughing, just couldn't help it.

I bought a w/c round off a guy who was moving and one of jobs was a chippy.
The manager has decided to do them himself.
He isn't doing a bad job actually but it did make me smile to watch him freezing his nads off early one morning, just to save a small amount of cash. The job was well underpriced too.  :)
He kept having to climb back in his car and run the engine and heater every 5 minutes. ;D
