Sore Hands

Did a big overnight job Wed night, 12 hours straight , internal clean with high level vac from 10 to 30ft , now my hands are dead sore, aching and stiff . I'm not a spring chicken but not had this before. body hurts as well but thats just muscle ache, any reccomendations for hand care ?

go to the chemist and ask for some maidens water, at least that is what my dad told me to ask for the first time i did ropework and my hands where ripped to bits, it didnt dawn on me what i was asking for till it was to late.
still all in van had a good laugh when i returned red faced.
all the old navies used to pee on their hands to toughen them up
