  Anyone know of good offers for Employer Liability Insurance. was speaking
  to an advisoro today and he stated even if you are a sole trader and have
  someone working with you it is required.

  Did some research and looks as if he is right :-

that article was very interesting.

the only reason i can employ and dont need employer ins is that i employ my son , this is the only occasion i know of where emp ins isnt needed where a close realative is under your employ
i know its a bit off topic but it might help someone

would be interested as i was just quoted emp liability and pub liability for 5 million cost 1300. per year
