Goerge question
« on: January 31, 2009, 07:45:55 pm »
I am having problems with running george on my main pc, it showing all the wrong dates.

I think it might be my computers fault, so I was wondering if its possible to run it on my laptop which already has a seperate george program already on it.

Is it possible I will then be able to run both programs from the same laptop? and how do I do it?

The only way I can think of for you to do this is to create a partition on your laptops H/D and install one copy of  George on each partition.

If you know what you are doing with a computer, use soething like this.............. http://www.download.com/Easeus-Partition-Manager/3000-2248_4-10863346.html?tag=mncol

If you're not too hot with computers then my advice is leave it well alone.

Another alternative would be to connect an externall hard drive and install the second george program on that hard drive.

Having said that, I have just checked the software and it is set by default to install to the (C) drive, so unless this can be changed, you might not be able to install a second copy of George.

It might be worth your while contacting Paul direct  at George
