Is it possible for two men to work from 350ltr tank?
« on: February 01, 2009, 10:42:24 am »
I have a vauxhall combo with a Purefreedom 350ltr system. Does anyone out there run a two man set up from a system of this size?

It is possible but you'll obviously run out of water a lot quicker than on your own!

it should last two of you about 3 to 4 hours you could then fill up with a di vessel to last the rest of the day.
better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove any doubt

That`s 6 hours so with 2 of you it would be 3 as i said,a complete waste of time even trying to set that size tank up for 2 men.

Is it possible - of course it is - for about 2 hours lol!!

You would only do 1 man a good day at 35o litre - some probably would run out even then, but if you halved your cleaning time by having 2 of you, maybe you could do same amount and go home at dinner :)

But you would be paying a wage, maybe get some barrells to fill another 150 litres or so at dinner and do a bit more, or stick another 150 litre tank in or get a 500 litre or bigger...

but that was under 200 L ( i guess 170 - 180 L )

thus the tank is double the size, so 6 hours work for 2 men

Remember, if your thinking of adding a bigger tank & extra equipment, 2 x 11 stone men = 140kg. what's the payload of the combi?

2 men 6 hours work from a 350 ltr tank i`d like to see that done, what flow rate is that 1/4 of a ltr a minute or something.
