Hi guys

I just wonder, have any of you using this? (ROUND TRACKER V4)
Round management system from WINDOW CLEANING RESOURCES
And if you do, are you happy with it?

Your reply would be much appreciated.

What are the issues you are having?

Like Stuart says, let me know if you get stuck and I'll help you out. (Thanks Stu)

If you've just got it, a good place to start is to watch the video tutorials. Click on the Help button, (the blue question mark) to go to the webpage, or you can find it on our website.

I'm working on doing some more video tutorials, so if you have any questions you want answering in the form of a video then let me know.

A little bit of Excel knowledge is helpful, just for navigating around quickly more than anything, but you'll soon pick that up.

As cas rightly says, the more you use it and see how it works, the more you will get out of it.

If you are going to the Cleaning Show, look out for our stand there, I'll be able to demonstrate how everything work in person for you.

Bosh,

Which version of Excel are you using?

If you are using a very old version of Excel then you may find that the filter tools don't work.
(eg. the filters don't work with Excel 97, the version that came with Office 97)

Did the filter tools work OK for you on the Free Trial version?

Hi Henderson
Well I have a new Mac Book, and I am using the new OFFICE:MAC 2008.
So maybe that’s why.
And no I just bought your program, I didn’t use the FREE trail.

For those that use old versions of Excel (or if you don't have Excel) You can open the file in Open Office which is an office suite that you can download for free here www.openoffice.org

Certain features of Round Tracker, such as the 3 month calendar projection do not work in Open Office because of compatibility issues, but the filters work (at least they do on the Windows version).

Open Office is available for other platforms including Mac and you can see those which are available here:
http://download.openoffice.org/other.html#en-US

Send me an email if you still have problems and I'll see what we can do.

Glad you got it sorted.

If you need any help with using it just send me an email.
Though it sounds like you were getting the idea of it anyway when I spoke to you.
