In my first 5 months as a window cleaner (all domestic WFP) I have gained 50 custies at an average £15 per clean. Thanks to all who gave fantastic advice when I was starting out last summer.
I am now going to look at going for some commercial custies, any advice would be appreciated in how to go about it. I'm thinking of putting some glossy leaflets together but will need to put some photos together first.
Also if anyone could send me a copy of a risk assesment/ method statement that they currently use, so I can adapt, that would be really cool.
