What you need to do is work out how long you think you can do it in times this by your hourly rate then double it as they always take twice as long as you think.

And if its on a site you will more than likely need a cscs card although a few sites will still take you without one most want cscs cards

Good luck

how long do you think it would take to get these clean, no pics of inside yet as not finished but you should get the idea of size

2 people, about 1 day per floor. baring in  mind I don't know how many toilets there are , thats where you will probably spend most of your time.
Will you get a 2nd clean or is it straight from builders to 'moving in'.
hard to give a price, but the advice about double it and then some is good advice.

Its hard to say without seeing the inside.

I reckon 3 or 4 days for 2 people but would probably price for a weeks work for 2 people as like i said they always take longer than you think.

And they will have you doing the builders clean whilst there are tradesmen still working.
Which can be a right pain in the rear

There will be 4 people cleaning, so does 3 days for 4 people sound right?

What would i need to take with me, Loads of pledge dusters & scrapers?

what do you charge per cleaner with this sort of work

AJ - not sure if there is a 2nd clean

pledge, dusters, scrapers, scourers, cloths, vac, white spirit for stickers on plastic toilet seats, flash, toilet freshener.
I can't really tell you what to charge but that sounds about right  people wise. just charge a bit more than usual, maybe add an extra days work.

Done few of these guide price £3000-£4500 builders clean subject to inspection prior to clean
Exterior window/frame cleaning about £140/month
Internal-double this
Hope this helps
