Went to clean a 3 story town house today,2x sets stairs 1x landing 1 room at the top,2 rooms next floor down,not a massive place,last time i was there was getting on for 3 years ago !
Was told custy had attempted to clean it with a vax

White cheap polly throughout,more or less black around where beds had been, and stairs and traffic lanes also grim.
Said it will be same price as the last time i did it ! first went with multipro,then over it with the duo,then fib and fab rinse,still looked grim,so had another crack with ultrapac ren,more duo action,and fib and fab rinse,i used 30 ltr of sol on the top room and was still not happy ! pump is new so running at full 120 psi ( one of my jets was spraying unevenly,so took them both out,they both had what looked like blankets wrapped around the gauze,not cleaned them in 5 years,grim) got them spraying nice fan patterns again now ! Was still not happy,job should have taken max 2 hrs ,was there 3 ! just over £40 an hour,which is rubbish,as i usually double that !
Was told by agy oh they are really nice people try and keep the costs down !
Don`t care how nice they are,they didnt know how to use a hoover,why should i be the one paying for someone elses lazyness !
Charged them same as last time...Looking good this week only spare day is sat ! Rant over !

Quoted on a 1198 sq ft commercial today £359.72,they want it doing on thursday,so they left it a bit late,got one of my postponed jobs in the morn,then a 3 bed for another est agent,then booked another 3 bed for tomorrow start at 4 !
3 bed on thurs morn,then the comm job if they book
And 2 on friday ! all going on my tax bill and road tax too
