Going in for commercial/builders clean, what do i need

hey everyone i'm looking at maybe quoting for a builders clean and maybe targetting some commercial work, what i was wondering is what sort of documents do i need and how should i present it etc, just want to make myself look as good as possible.

Risk assessmnets , method statements, public liabilty certs etc  to name a few...

your probably gonna need a cscs card for builders cleans, unless their H&S is shoddy, also damage glass waivers..

Always looks good if you have extra curricular H&S certification.
