Here is the story of the successful prosecution for misuse of the NCCA name and logo. It's about halfway down on the left side of a very long page.

"There are 62 other cases currently under review by Trading Standards Offices throughout the Country".

Is that just use of NCCA logo?  :o

Hi Ken

This is great news for all the members of the NCCA would work hard to become members and pay there hard earned cash to have the right to use the logo

Hi,
Does anyone know the best way to remove two sticker transfers from a van, and also, how much tip ex would you need to delete a 2inch X 1inch area on 50000 letter heads and business cards ;D
By the way did I mention that I was a member of the National Climbers Committee Academy ;)

NCCA need not worry, I wont rub thier name in the mud, I use a top of the range hose pipe from Argos. ;)

Hi Guys,

Bloke abuses NCCA taken to court , costs him £590

How many years has he got away with it ?

Would have been much better if fine was £1000 plus

Cheers,

Doug
