hello, please could you tell me after using the wfp system, what do you about the water left on the floor around the house, in puddles. also in freezing weather this could turn to ice, do you leave the water laying on the ground Huh?. what do you do.??. Are the customers happy with the water laying there,

You don't really use vast amounts of water that you are leaving puddles.
But yes the ground does get wet and most of it will have soaked away before any frost got to it.
I don't use WFP on doors always do them traditional.

I have not had any problems yet and i think i have been WFP about 4 years.
