got three to quote for.
its an area that iam just getting into ,is there any hard and fast rules to pricing these commercial properties.
how do you calculate a price?
is it how long you think it would take. by your hourly rate?
is it by the amount of windows?
and hoe much more do you charge for insides to outsides.
thanks for your help in this matter  Dave.

If there national i wouldn`t bother as some firms are doing them for next to nothing and i mean nothing,if it`s individually owned i would price as normal per window or whatever amounts to your required hourly rate.Me myself i price per job not per hour.

Just price as you normally would then, don`t go in silly cheap as these jobs are hardly ever long term and by that i mean like some domestics can, remember domestics are king don`t neglect em.

price as you normally price a house, maybe add a little on for travelling as well, but it needs to be competitive as in most cases you won,t get it ;)

I do a large privately owned one, have been for the lastfew years.

As regards  the insides, decline to do the bedrooms, but do the community areas. Most of te residents' lifts don't reach the top floor and youcould leave yourself open to allegations of things going missing.

Also if you are doing the insides try to do them at lunch time, that way they will all be out of the lounge areas and you can whip round really wuick, but bear in mind that if they start talking to you, you may be there a while ;D
