I do a large privately owned one, have been for the lastfew years.
As regards the insides, decline to do the bedrooms, but do the community areas. Most of te residents' lifts don't reach the top floor and youcould leave yourself open to allegations of things going missing.
Also if you are doing the insides try to do them at lunch time, that way they will all be out of the lounge areas and you can whip round really wuick, but bear in mind that if they start talking to you, you may be there a while
