gutter clean risk assessment

Hi guys ive got a gutter clean to do this weekend and i need a risk assessment asap!

If anyones got one that would be great!

This may help, http://www.hse.gov.uk/falls/gutter.htm. the further reading bit on risk assessment could do too.
