TECHNICAL FAULT WITH SALES DATABASEI wouldn't normally post on the forum a business related matter - but this issue does affect our customers.
We have experienced a severe technical fault with our catalogue database and this has led to a complete loss of order information during the following time period: 16th October - 10th November 08.
Our banking system however does hold an accurate record of all payments received and refunds made with name references. To the best of our knowledge all orders placed up to and including today have been processed and shipped, there are a few orders outstanding today which will be shipping out by close of business. If however you fail to receive an order during the week, please email us with the original order confirmation email and we will check the payment has been processed for you and arrange dispatch.
I apologize in advance for any inconvenience - please appreciate that if you do call to query an order placed during this time period we may have to spend additional time inputting all your original details.
