Him - I just had a look at your website there are no prices on it.
Me - No, its not possible to put prices up, as all properties are different
Him - Uh, ok.
Me - I would give you a price in person. We need to see the work required and the working space around the property.
Him - Uh, ok then. Thanks bye.
Must be someone just trying it on, or another window cleaner acting dumb! Withheld number too. Soon as he said prices on the website i just knew it was a duff call.
Its so obvious when you get calls like this they are just after a price to compare. I dont give out prices over the phone, and never will do! (It even says on the website, unable to give out prices over the phone).
They might not want me to clean their windows, and I might not want to clean their windows either, so i always view properties first before giving anything away.
