had one today, just do the front dont wanna open garage, dont go over garage you break the tiles, not saying its you but there broke and no one else goes over, and you have broke tiles on the front (under upstairs window the wall is tiles, my ladder has never touched them, besides the moved one is right on corner anyway) and dont you normally come at end of the week friday, ive got no money call again for it friday..........

I was fuming, i just said yeah whatever love, see you friday  ( and then never again)

What was with all that, she obviously got out of the wrong side of bed, if shes still weird when i collect i will just say what is the problem? I do a good job and dont put up with being messed around,

I dont like being short with custys but if they p me around for nothing then i do just talk straight and say if you want me to keep coming pack it in, i was stern with one a few months back, she kept saying i dont remember you coming when i was collecting - i said " do i look like i need to call in the rain and cold to rip people off for £6 either you pay me for my work or i dont come anymore"

since then she has been spot on, and even tipped double at xmas :)
