Has anybody purchased one of these yet (£50 or £40 if you are a member of the NCCA.)

It is a Publicly Available Specification, "it has been developed by the NCCA and the BSI British Standards, in association with a range of industry expert and is set to become an industry standard publication for carpet cleaning technicians".

According to the letter I received the NCCA will be having a PR campaign. From what I can gather it is a leaflet that has the minimum cleaning standards inside., just follow these instructions  and Bobs your Uncle.
