Windy Days

I have only been in thye profession since July and today is the first day I have not gone out due to it being too windy. I do it trad and have become really confident on the ladder but did not feel confortable this morning getting the ladders together.
What about the rest of the trad boys - do you often pack it up when windy?

yeah if its windy that you feel that like that then yeah, other problem is if its a bit wet too the windows will be dirty as soon as you leave cos wind will blow crap back on!!

I went out then came back as leave's were blowing everywhere and i would not be happy i would be leaving a good enough job WFP as the wind will just blow crap onto the window and whilst wet it will stick.

have a round of bungalows in wakefield area (private bungs)  how much would us northern based cleaners value it at ie x3/4 ?? ....approx £350 per month no need for pointer.

like that round manchester too, one part today raining, the other blowing a gale - but dry so i went with the wind :) did 5 hours in the end, not too bad :)

Yeah it was a little blowy here as well, but I tend to let the ladders over lap the sill and frame of the window, then level it so it only leans against the frame of the window staying sturdy and safe enough on its own, and with your own body wait, there's even less chance of it shifting.
