Forget about the doom and gloom recession and be bold!
« on: September 25, 2008, 03:58:46 pm »
"I was wondering if I could leave a pile of my brochures here, do you mind?"

Normally I wouldn't ask that of my comercial customers, but today I did and was pleasantly suprised by the response, two of my long standing comercials were more than happy to leave a pile on there counter for me  :). I let you know what kind of response I get.

The topic I would like to talk about here, is with the current recession looming over or head, was can we do to drive our business forward, any tips and trick about maximising our money making business's and improving our effectiveness. As I think it is intellegent managing that will drive our business forward full steam ahead despite the current gloom.

Another one; to save petrol, dont keep your car/ van etc on the bite at the lights and instead use your handbrake and stay off the gas, also switch your engine off right away when you arrive at a customers address.

You get the idea, anyone have anymore usefull tips and tricks of window cleaning...
