Does anyone convert their Invoices into PDF files, if so what software do you use. Looking for something reasonably priced that works.

Thanks

I use scansoft. I believe that it has been taken over by nuance. Get it from Amazon:

I use PrimoPDF.  It's free.

There are companies to whom I send the invoice by email so attaching the pdf file is very helpoful as it works across all platforms as far as I know.

Thanks Andrew, downloaded it but does not seem compatible with Vista.

I use open office. It is free and easy to use.

Thanks for that one.  I have started to use Openoffice more lately and didn't realise it could create PDFs until you posted about it.  I will start using that feature now instead of my usual one.

No worries Shiner.  :)
There is a pdf button on the toolbar right next to the print button, or you can select 'export as pdf' from the 'file' menu.
