ive been ask to qoute a builders clean 7 bedroom 3 story + 2 en suites + 18 windows
i quoted £350.00
which i thought was ok lots of work for two people
the site foreman told i was way out the custy wont pay that
any thoughts was i wrong or not ?

I would have gone for £450.00. Builders always try it on, stick to your price or walk away

I would agree payment terms as well before, or even better get paid upfront. Not the best reputation for paying promptly builders.

I used to do builders cleans years ago, and I would get paid in 10 days,I think that is was to keep everyone happy or would you prefer to wait till the end of next month ?
