you can buy it on ebay
or try a litho  printers near you and see if you can buy some off them

if you found it still freezes at 1% ratio could you add more without ruening the clean

not sure but i used it at that ratio on a day in feb this year
and it was fine at minus 2  :)

bbuy it from a print suppliers and its about £40 for 25 ltrs i think
