Low battery.   Faulty hozelock fitting.  Dodgy pump (though they have tended to either work or not work).  Strainer in the tank blocked with muck.   I'm sure others may have some ideas too.

could be an airlock, i usually find if i disconnect the hoselock on my di vessel which is the outlet hose from the pump it enables the flow to come right if you run it for 20 secs then just push back onto di vessel ,, worth a try
bad weather always looks worse through dirty windows

I'm sure that's what it will be then.  I've had the occasional burn out too which means that the leisure battery can't take charge from the van battery.  I don't know if your system is like mine but the following may help you too:  After replacing the fuse, charge the leisure battery too.  I have two fuses near the leisure battery end as well and one of those can pop if the leisure battery is very low.  Also, apparently, the fuse that has popped on yours can be caused by turning the engine before the glow plug light has gone out on the dashboard (I assume you have a diesel).  So avoid turning the engine to soon after turning on the ignition.
Those things may not be issues with your set up but they can be with mine.
