Last winter I got myself 2 pairs of the insulated orange gauntets from mstore.
£13 a pair.
I got a medium size pair for a close fit for doing squeegy work and a large size for easy removal for pole work.
They are fleece lined, waterproof, and tested to  temps of -20.
Great hard wearing gloves...the best Ive used yet.
