LWC the cages would be standard (650 for a lot of us). except i don't have di's and wouldn't want pole holder(scudo), maybe cage man could mail order them. Just a thought.

Smart, but where is the tank outlet? Your di's seem a long way from the pump and reel do you think you'll get any air locks?

There we go there is life after Ionics and at a tenth of the price. Top kit LWC well done looks like the dog bo**ocks.

there is a gap between the cage and the aluminum checker plate so all the hoses and wires are hidden and the outlet is behind there.

and i will only be filling up with di, i will be making a filling hose to it so when i need to fill just open the side door and plug into that side ;)

cheers for all the comments  :)

I like the fact you have a metal cage and ratchet straps.

safety first alex

these new tanks have an indent in them which looked ideal for a ratchet strap so i thought why not!

LWC I really like your set-up there...very professional looking...just a question why did you choose to have the tank lenght ways v sideways?...not a critism just a question....cheers Dave :)

i do like it LWC, it was something i thought about getting done for my vans. the only thing i would of added that you haven't got is a big metal tray with raised edges on top of the tank. we carry a lot of extra little bits (chemicals, tools, trad gear, etc etc) and i find its them bits that bang around in the back of the van and cause a mess. so a big tray on top of that tank with smaller compartments would work a treat for us ;)
