Right, I have a quick question for you trolley using lads.  Its somethng I've always wondered:

If you are using the purefreedom trolley, how do you fill it up when its empty?  Do you have a big tank in the van and just direct the flow into it, or do you have a load of full barrels and when one is empty you just change it over?

Also, what happens if you finish one house and its left only 1/4 full?  Do you still change it before going to the next house or do you use up your 1/4 then come back to change it over?

No, in fact, because I was thinking about it the other day, especially with that andrew mcann fella setting up on his own and, having always used a van based system,  I just cant understand how you could do it without going back to your car after every single house.

which to me wold seem to be an ultimate waste of time.

HOWEVER, some people do it so I suppose it must work?

i know how much water i will use on a street and place a full barrel of water at certain places along that street then swop them over and when finished collect the empty ones any water left in them and i top up to make a full one or i have linked up four barrels in the van and use it as a van mount best of both worlds

i have 8 barrels a day and i swap the barrels when there is a couple of inches of water so i dont get an air lock....   works for me with absolute no problems..
