The best place to pick up an IBC (1000ltr) is from a recyclers. They usually have second hand ones for about £20, all these need is a good clean out.
Have a search on-line there are lots of suppliers for in-vehicle tanks.

I am not sure if you are near Portsmouth, but there is a company called Heards that sell ibc's and other containers. I bought a black ibc that was cleaned out and delivered for £50.

rain water butt's do the same job down the side of your house, link 2 or 3 together, looks better than a IBC tank aswell

Just off the A27 at Farlington - Marshlands Road, Farlington, Portsmouth, PO6 2SS. Their number is 02392 210478.
Should mention that I have no connection to them, other than as a customer.
Water butts look much better if you can't hide an ibc.
