Great, phew, means I don't have to spend more money. Have to give a quote this afternoon, they want a local guy, big premises. Will be my first commercial if all goes right. :)

If I would go for the count the windows method, how much would you charge for those triple windows (on the left side of the building, 2nd floor)? £3 and £3.50 for third floor? (Bout £50-£60 an hour)

Bit difficult cuz they are both normal panes, and Georgian. I don't feel much for taking pictures of all sides of all the buildings, this is only one of the buildings.

Just outside, there were also other buildings, they wanted what is in the picture, I quoted that £150, then two other buildings in the £7x range, total price £300. He had to discuss it with the site manager, and they will call me back on Monday. :)

The school itself, everything is well over a grand lol it is so unbelievably big, they even got a small cathedral/chapel. They said that if it's a good job, they want a certain schedule coming in, when I can do the rest of the school as well hopefully. But it will have to be spread over different days, he said it's no problem at all when you want to do it, even weekend you can do it if you want to, friendly guy. :)

Hi Tony, can you give me an email so we can talk about this? I'm not sure if I understand the last bit on your post.  :)

if the building is st cats in bramly the bursar was a very difficlt lady who seemed to have no concept of time and inconvienence she called us back from london to clean a rebated arrow slit window set back in a frame i will give you 10 to charity if you can find it let alone clean it  she made the man delivering bricks unpack the bricks to count them as there was  holes in the pallet which we know is to use a forklift  the price for the whole school was 800 twice a year she expected her house and the house of the other bursar done aas a freebie the other line was homophobic and is not ment as a true reflection on my feelings toward gays in general just i found the woman very very very trying she gave me hell and back but wierdly i was the most accepting person she would have hoped to meet  i do hope this helps but if she has gone you will enjoy the job good luck if she hasnt just build in the p around factor into the price

Sheesh, that's crazy, if she still works there I can tell you one thing. I hope they don't accept my quote. ;)

Thanks Tony, btw did you used to be a fireman? Guy said the previous window cleaner was an ex fireman, and his prices were out of their budget range.
