Anyone used one of these squeegee handles, if so what are they like?
I'm after something with an adjustable (up & down way) head for inside deep sash window casements & for internal glass roofs.

It works pretty well, it takes a little getting used to as you need a real light touch, its very difficult to do pole work with as you need the perfect pressure to keep the blade flat on the glass

I have one that I use for internal glass only. Its a very good squeegee for internal work especially.

yeah, you can adjust how loose or tight you want it, here in the US they are expensive as compared to most other squeegee handles, and while I have not had any problems with it , I get the impression that it wouldn't hold up to a lot of banging around

Thanks Pat, they're about 20 quid here, it's not the cost but more so if they're any good.

I've been using one for awhile now, once you get used to it it's superb

The nice thing with the spring loaded blade is that if your window in recessed as you pull back on the handle the rubber stays in contact with the glass right too the edge leaving less to detail. It can also be locked a 0 degrees which manes it perfect for inside of conservatory roofs etc.

Its not fragile by any means either.

i started using mine the other day. like others have said does seem to require a very light touch. the spring loaded part is the most unusual, if i have the setting too soft then it seems to zero out, if that's the right way to describe it, when this happens it just smears the window, i.e., the edge of the blade just rides up over the solution(it was a hot day with full sun and i was using a soft blade so perhaps this may contributed). once i got the pressure about right it was ok. glad someone else pointed out about the light touch needed because i thought i was losing my touch and kept sticking more fairy into bucket as couldn't get it to glide until towards the end of the day, then it all came together. its just a pity it doesn't accept the super channels, if it did then it could make a good alternative to the sorbo and we can ettore stuff anywhere really in the uk, where as sorbo stuff is more web based. also i like the fact that you can set the horizontal angle with either a pole or by one hand just by a bit of pressure against glass/ sill etc overall a universal squeegee, helpful i hope

There are 2 clips if you turn it over. Flex the handle in the straight position & then flick one of the clips. If you have trouble straightening the channel you need to turn it over & dial the rigidity setting anti-clockwise.
