Hi guys,

This is the first time ive considered this but due to a massive influx of contract work (regular) Im considering selling part of my domestic work as we will no longer have time to clean it. Im looking at off loading about £1k a month maybe more. The vast majority is trad but weve recently introduced WFP to part of it with no probs. All of the work is established in the Stoke/Staffs area and a few customers pay online via paypal the rest pay superbly by either cheque through post or cash via collection.

How much could I hope for this round through a fast fast sale to avoid disappointment to customers?

Sounds like a good business you are selling , so I would go for at least 6 cleans ( if you can wait ask for more )

Not a good idea to sell a business in a rush ! But if you make enough noise on this site , and window cleaning resources , you will sell it pronto

How do you advertise on WCR?

Im being honest mate,

It needs to be sold asap for everyones sake.

Its monthly cycle is now complete so its due again monday. Theyve been stretched to 6 wkly before but obviously its not ideal.

Some of it is in Newcastle and is quite compact up there. Weve got about 200 a month ranging from 5.50 semis to £20 detached. Its decent work.
