Staff Pregnancy Risk Assessment
« on: August 07, 2008, 10:28:32 am »
Hi everyone,
One of our cleaning operatives is pregnant and I believe one of the first tasks I have to do is complete a Risk Assesment specifically for this situation.
Has anyone any experience of doing one of these? If so can you give me some guidance please?
I have no idea at what time in the pregnacy what considerations need to be taken into account.
Can she vac carpets, lift equipment (if so to what limits) mop floors etc?
What sort of time scales affect her abilty or safety.
I'm like a duck out of water on this one.
Regards,
John
