builder's clean

hi guys,
can someone help me with pricing a builder's clean on a 2 -bed semi detached property. am quite new in this area as i mostly deal with domestic and office cleaning.

Depends on how basic the property is ,how much works involved in kitchen and bathroom if its basic no shower glass small kitchen in my area in shropshire you would be looking at about £120 and £40 for a sparkle.
