Or if you have a spare half hour, you could knock up a free one (just pay your .co.uk) with microsoft live , like this one  www.birmingham-office-cleaners.co.uk   ;)

I know everyone uses different web hosters but this is who we use for all our sites and he's a similar price to vistaprint and very easy to get on with.

There is a way in "properties"  you could do with changing your title and description to get picked up by the search engines geoff, i'll show you if you like.

Cheap websites are OK but you are better off getting one done which is unique to your particular company. It is all about branding. You need to create your own brand and keep it the same throughout all your advertising.Try Pete Lippit You can contact him at  pete@peterscarks.co.uk He is a very good designer and will help you to put together a good image for your business.

True phil, but for new starters and those on a low budget and just venturing out in to websites, its a great eye opener what can be done with basic tools. ;)

Chris i would be interested how, perhaps you could mail me.

As for micro softlive been basic :-\
I found the tools easy and the end results as good as alot of professional pages.

Were I believe webpages come into their own is not only the enquiries that can be obtained by surfers, " not a vast amount at the moment, usualy price seeker" but the extra confidence it can give to a custy when your are pricing against other quotes.

I always give the custy my web details as soon as an enquiry is made, so hopefuly before i have surveyed they have some idea what to expect.
