Started valeting cars 20 plus years ago seen this poop before and thats what it is, Dirt is abrasive,Wipe it along the surface it will scratch , bigger the grit the bigger the scratch, pre spray water, dwell, wash soft sponge, dry with damp leather , some times the old way is still the best.

Hi

I had a set up a couple of years back with the waterless stuff.

It is actually excellent kit, never seen a shine like it.

With valeting (as it can take about 2-3 hours) you need to charge a higher price as you are detailing the car. Most people don't want to pay the higher price, they just want it cleaned, we have a local guy here in Brighton (Robbie Ragio) and his static car wash has help make him a millionaire.

people generally want to pay around a fiver plus for a pressure wash and you can add depending what service you want to give.

There is a franchise waterless car service that you can research, they can charge upto £80 for a merc or BMW.

Some of the stuff is fantastic for window cleaning, the bird poo and resin remover are great as is the glass cleaner.

There is the american stuff Dri Wash & guard

Good luck

I use a waterless product called ProShine - got it off Ideal World shopping channel.

The bottle says "Carnauba Wax Formula". An American product distributed by Worlds 1st, Norwich. Web site is www.sprayandshine.co.uk

Use it with a microfibre cloth and it really does put a shine on - and its quick too.

It may shine but you wipe dirt of paint work and it will scatch try it on a new black car in the sun and watch the smile fall from your face

I am a waterless carpet cleaner and have been for almost 5 years, oh,  I shower every day & I'm not a 'Green Freak'

Even if you use water, you will scratch the car, look at you car at an angle, you will see the cobweb scratches.

I never had a black car, but have used the stuff I was referring to on a maroon car.
Did'nt see any more scratches then it already had from all those years of washing with warm "soapy" water.
