yes but very hard to, do not fill it right to the top and push it down you will not get the riser tub in for a start, fill it to the neck where it starts to change shape (this is what I do)

i've just done mine but there seems to be alot of presure left in the system

After re filling let the water run through the system for about 10 mins,you will get the odd spit and splutter after changing resin but it goes after a few minutes.
