Shurflo Pump Tuning
« on: May 29, 2008, 09:17:26 pm »
I heard/read that you can tune a pump to deliver the pressure you require.

I'm used to the pressure of my old 100psi pump working from my trolley, and rigged up my new pump to static tank last night.

Brilliant, except the pressure of the pump is way to high, and when I try to control it with the flow valve on the pole the pump switch is going crazy.

sooooz - which way do I turn the screw to de-power the pump?

How many turns?

Any other advice appreciated.

Thanks

It's on Gardinerpole website. (Flojet - but all the same for what you want)
