Waiver responsiblity

Hi any one have a waiver of responsibility for the unforseen event that
when cleaning items of carpet or furniture
something goes wrong despite all colour checks shrinkage pile destortion etc /
also any one interested in qoutation for carpets upholstery programme ?

as long as the correct insurance guidelines are adhered to, they will normally pay out, but customer needs to be made aware of possible problems, i always inform them of problems that may arise and get them to sign the quote/survey.
getting them to sign a waiver just shows them a lack of confidence!

its not about a lack of confidence
i have been cleaning carpets upholstery for over 20 years
and scotchcare services
its just recently had a bad experience with upholstery cushions
that were a cotton chenile
there was one pinky coloured stain that the custy thought would clean out
afetr all the tests i assured her it was permanent,
so ik proceded to clean the rest of the suite bleeding cushions turned pinky stains on every cushion looks like some reaction chemically
i can assure you that i always use Acid rinse and a low PH prespray although on this one i used a micro splitter safe for wool
its called M power so i am sending the fabric away for testing

As you used M-Power, why dont you put a post on Clean Talk and get the experianc eof John, Nick or Steve?
