Was in a letting agents today I do EOTs for picking up some keys, and as the boss man was on the phone I was looking around at the posters etc. I saw a table with loads of leaflets on it one of them was a cleaning company offering EOTs etc! When he got off the phone I asked him why they didnt use that company and he said " they do a crap job" I asked him why they have his leaflets " They pay to put them here, but if a landlord enquires about them we give him your number" !! Its a mad world!
