buying the buisniess

CAN ANY ONE HELP ME .MY BOSS WANTS TO RETIRE AND SELL ME THE BUSINESS .I HAVE HELP BULID IT UP OVER THE 10 YEARS I HAVE WORKED THERE .HOW DO YOU WORK OUT A FAIR PRICE .AS PEPOLE SAY SO MANY TIMES THE NET PROFIT

I have no idea, but would suggest you start with Google, liaise with your local Business Link, go see the bank manager, don't type in CAPS, and do a full stop, then a space and not the other way around.

Seriously, for this sort of advice, get advice from people who do it for a living.

Get an independant accountant to look at the books but remember things look bleak at the moment
