Jonny

I assume you mean nursery as in kids and lots of tiny little tables and chairs etc and the smell of ?hitty nappies etc

Would need to be quite big to justify 3*2 Mon to Fri but assumin thats correct then £17K is prob about right - possibly a little bit high but depends whereabouts you/its based and how competitive the bidding is.

These private places charge serious ££ to look after these kids so I suggest your proposal should emphasise how this "investment" will help them ie to woo business from new parents and to keep exisitng business ie would you want to drop off/collect your kids from a place that stinks of poo or p*iss etc

Good luck anyway and let us know how it goes

I've done nursery carpet cleaning occasionally. They used to have more cash than they do now. They used to be able to charge top-up fees where the childcare allowance wasn't enough to cover, but I believe the govt. has now stopped them doing this. Anybody know any more on this?
