Hotel quote.. Help please

hi guys got a small hotel to quote for and as its one of my first commercial jobs need advice on price and time taken. I using water fed pole trolley system.

Have included as many pics as i can. Any advice much appreciated.

£30-40 a month, after the first clean it should only take an hour to do  ;)

i would say around £40-£45 after first clean my only concern is how are you going to get the windows above conservatory or is it a walk way the brown thing

It also looks like that the frames might leak water thought them.  The glass will come up perfect.

I Would say £60 monthly,some are saying £40 i would go £55 Minimum,depends how desperate you are for job,if you are 40-50 if not go 55-60. Hope this helps Regards.

You would be able to reach those windows from the side diagonally across to  I did one very similar to that the other day!

count the windows, £ 1 per window allways seems to work fairly well

depends on if your desperate for the job, if your not do the £1 per window then add a little more on the top, then if you get it , its a bonus

50 quid & IMO you will need a good rectangular brush for those sash windows.
