Safety Statement

I have had a request for a safety statement from one of my commercial customers, has anyone got an example of one of these that I could have a look at?

hi mate i had same thing the other day to which i posted the same as you. If u look on here April 18th got some good replies, to which one was great. cheers Clunk.
